- Managing and inspiring the creative team, with a goal to deliver highquality design while respecting the deadlines and the budget given
- Quality control of the creative solutions
- Setting the priorities and organization, observing and control of theexecution of internal plans
- Creative concepts presentation
- Maintaining efficiency inside the creative team
- Trend watching in the creative industry and technology of realizationof creative solutions
Skills
- Have perfect knowledge of typography and have the “eye for details”
- Understand the market and the client
- Have a capability to transform a brief into a good creative solution
- Be capable to work in a team with a goal to develop concepts
- Be well organized
- Respect deadlines and pay attention to maintaining quality

- Be able to multitask and work on multiple projects

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of agency experience
- Bachelors degree
- A distinctive portfolio with projects which confirm that you have
- extensive experience in all the creative disciplines stated above
- Experience in the design process and design production
- Proficiency in MacOS platform
- Excellent knowledge of the Adobe CS environment
